Mary Street House

In Grace Park, Hawthorn, we delivered a masterful heritage renovation at 12 Mary Street. This house won the Boroondara Urban Design Award for Best Heritage Extensions, Additions and Alterations. This project held special significance as our own family home, demonstrating how we use the same practice of meticulous care and attention to detail when building for our own family as we do when building for yours.

Collaborating with architect Steve Domoney, we created a 4 bedroom residence that balanced heritage character with modern family living. The project features a large underground garage, an area that has become an expertise of WAF Constructions, giving us confidence in tackling complex excavation and waterproofing challenges.

Building our own home meant we could push boundaries and explore innovative solutions that we now bring to other projects. The result is a home that proves we practice what we preach - exceptional quality, thoughtful design and construction excellence that stands the test of time.
